A withdrawal transfers eligible cash to your linked bank. Portfolio value, buying power, and cash available to withdraw are different amounts; invested funds are not available cash.
Before you start
Confirm the linked bank is correct and check your withdrawable cash. Sale proceeds or recent deposits may still be subject to settlement or holds.
01Check available cash
Review the amount available to withdraw. If you need to sell holdings first, use the selling guide, then wait until the resulting cash is eligible for withdrawal.
02Choose Withdraw funds
Open Banking and select Withdraw funds. Check that the linked bank is the intended destination. Contact support before changing banks if you are unsure about destination restrictions.
03Enter and submit the amount
Enter an amount within your eligible cash balance, not the total value of your investments. Check the amount, currency, and destination bank before confirming once. Follow any message about restrictions or unavailable funds; do not keep retrying with the same amount if the app explains that it is not yet withdrawable.
04Follow the transfer
Find the withdrawal in Transactions and check its status. A submitted request is not confirmation that the money has arrived at your bank. If the outcome is unclear, check history before trying again.
Keep in mind
If a withdrawal fails or remains unresolved, contact support with the date, amount, and status. Do not include full bank account numbers in ordinary messages.
