Funding your account

Funding your account

Submit a deposit from your linked bank and check its progress.

A deposit moves money from your linked bank toward your brokerage account. Submitting the request does not mean the transfer has finished or the full amount is immediately available.

Before you start

Check that your brokerage account is ready for funding, your bank connection is approved, and the bank has enough funds for the intended deposit.

01Choose Add funds

From Settings, open Banking and select Add funds. Check the bank name and masked account details so you know which bank account the money will come from. If the connection is missing or not approved, resolve that first rather than continuing with a different account by mistake.

02Enter the deposit amount

Enter the amount you want to move from your linked bank into your investing account. Check the currency, decimal point, and full amount before continuing. Make sure the source account can cover the transfer and resolve any limit, approval, or validation message shown by the app.

03Submit once

Use the deposit confirmation control and wait for the result. If the screen stalls or the result is unclear, check transaction history before submitting again to avoid duplicate requests.

04Check the transfer status

Open Transactions in Banking and find the deposit by its amount and date. Read its current status, then check the balance available for trading before placing an order. If the transfer shows an error or the amount does not match your request, contact support with the transaction details rather than submitting a second deposit.

Keep in mind

Deposit processing and availability can vary. A transfer request or pending balance is not confirmation that funds are ready to withdraw.
